Ariel does all the hard work by engaging accessible businesses and getting them listed on the app.
That means all you have to do is download the app, register or login, and then start exploring. Make sure to enable your location when you first download the app so we can show the listings closest to you.
We can’t wait to roll ariel out to the whole of Australia. But we want to make sure we are giving you the best experience when using ariel in your community.
To ensure this, ariel will be rolling to different Australian regions at a time. We’ll be starting with the Hunter Region in NSW.
To help us roll out to your community faster you can encourage local businesses in your area to register on ariel.
You know your community better than anyone and we’d love to hear about businesses you think should be on ariel.
To recommend places and organisations in your community you can send us a message from our contact page. We’ve also built a recommendation form into the app - just scroll down to the bottom of the homepage to find it.
If you are having trouble using the ariel app please send us an email at support@ariel-app.com.au and we’ll help you out.
For organisations, you can also reach out to the same email to set up help sessions for your team.
